Good Article Linda! Way to Go!
Wonderful, Wonderful info here and you are so right about taking care of ourselves – I have seen people work till that retirement date to wind up dying and not getting to enjoy it – thanks for all the info.

My son has ADHD and are on medication for it. I once asked his dr since I heard that OMGA 3 would help his suffering, the dr replyed – there is no enough research done to say it does. So he still are on medicaton prescribed.

Well said Linda! Don’t even get me started on doctors and their prescription drugs. They have to be pretty closed minded to think that there are no other alternatives out there and it’s a shame that so many of them put the money first.
You tell it like it is! Thank you Linda.
Wisdom dictates that prevention will ultimately cost far less than cure. Too bad the insurance companies don’t cover the cost of those supplements. It would lower the cost of health care in the long run if people were encouraged to use supplements that we know can protect us from the diseases the medical profession is so busy treating… at an enormous cost to individuals and taxpayers I might add.
Linda, this is another well written, highly informative article. Thank you!
Valuable info. Lucky me I found your site by accident, I bookmarked it.
well the timing on this is interesting to say the least. I just got back from the dr. and said i had run out of the medicine he prescribed for reducing cholestral and was using a natural product-cholestrea? I didn’t take the bottle with me. well he proceded to say i keep doing the same thing-quitting the meds he gave me. he never heard of what i was taking and didn’t endorse it-no research on it. I said it was natural and he said -so is cocaine an tobacco. it could have side effects too but he will not be responsible for it. he said i might as well not waste money and his time and gave me the names of some other drs and said i could come back if i wanted. he told me to go to the hospital and get a cholestral check (it was cheaper)if I wanted, but said i needed to fast to do that.
one of the girls that worked there said he was mad at the staff and he also said-i have 4 others out there that are doing the same thing.(i thought he was talking about patients but he was talking about his staff.)He said he wasn’t mad at me but he sounded like it. a bad day
